Service Delivery Policy

DIGINETWORK LLC · Effective date: July 20, 2026

This policy explains how our services are delivered: what "delivery" means for digital work, when timelines start, and what each side is responsible for. It applies to every service we sell and is referenced from each service page.

1. Remote Delivery

All services are delivered remotely. There is no physical shipment: deliverables are digital and are provided electronically. We work with clients across the United States and communicate by email and, where agreed, by phone or video call.

2. When Work Begins

Work begins after we receive both (a) your payment or agreed deposit and (b) the required information and materials — typically your content, brand assets, and any access the project needs. We confirm by email when both are in hand and the timeline has started.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on each service page and confirmed in your proposal or order confirmation. Estimates are made in good faith based on typical projects of that type.

4. What Can Change a Timeline

  • Delayed customer materials — the clock pauses until we receive what the work requires;
  • Delayed feedback or approvals at review stages;
  • Requested revisions and scope changes;
  • Project complexity discovered during the work (always discussed with you first);
  • Third-party services and providers working on their own schedules.

If a timeline shifts, we tell you promptly and give a revised estimate.

5. How Deliverables Are Provided

Depending on the service and the agreed scope, deliverables may be provided by:

  • Deployment directly to your website hosting;
  • Email attachment or secure shared link (files, source code, or archives);
  • A written report (for audits and reviews), normally as a PDF;
  • Another delivery method agreed in the project scope.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete content and materials you have the rights to use;
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals at review stages;
  • Maintain access to the email address used for the project;
  • Keep hosting, domain, and third-party accounts active where the project depends on them.

7. Scope Defines Delivery

Final delivery consists of the items listed in the approved project scope — no more and no less. If you want additional items, we quote them separately before doing the work.

8. Third-Party Dependencies

Delays caused by third-party services — hosting providers, domain registrars, app marketplaces, payment providers, or software vendors — are outside our direct control. We will flag such dependencies early, keep you informed, and help you work through them, but we cannot promise third-party turnaround times.

9. Confirmation and Handover

After payment you receive an order confirmation, followed by a project intake message. At final delivery we confirm what has been delivered and how to access it, and remain available for questions about the handover.
